Delivery and Returns

We can deliver our products to anywhere in the world - all you have to do is email us or telephone for a price, quoting your desired product, quantity and full postal address. 

A fixed delivery fee of £50 plus VAT will be charged for all orders within the UK, between 1 and 20 metres. For orders between 20 and 40m a further £50 will be charged due to one pallet taking a maximum load of 20m worth of tiles. All our tiles are bubble wrapped and boxed generously to prevent any breakages, then they are strapped to the pallet for optimum safety whilst travelling.

Should you wish to arrange your own haulage, please contact us and we can provide you with a quote excluding any transport. We have storage yards in both North Yorkshire, England and Cadiz, Spain.

We can offer an exchange on any standard handmade or reclaimed tiles, provided that they are returned to our warehouse at Unit 14, Marston Business Park, Tockwith, Nr Wetherby, YO26 7QF within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the goods is at your own cost and risk. We are unable to take any responsibility for damage of returned goods whilst in transit.

Please make sure that you are happy with your tiles before they are manipulated, fixed or installed. Once these processes have begun, we are unable to exchange.

No complaints regarding the appearance of the product will be accepted by the company once the tiles have been installed. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
